Reception and Accommodation Service Administrator

Your main responsibilities will be the following:
- service to guests at all stages (booking, registration, accommodation, check-out, check-out) in accordance with accepted standards, ensuring comfort during their stay at the hotel;
- providing information and selling additional hotel services to guests;
- monitoring guests’ compliance with the hotel’s internal rules;
- assisting the Head of Rooms in maintaining the internal order of the hotel: monitoring cleaning, preparing the premises for the arrival of guests, maintaining cleanliness in the establishment, constantly updating linen sets, maintaining the safety of equipment and supplies;
- working with cash register and bank terminals;
- work on the TravelLine platform;
- receiving and processing incoming telephone calls and correspondence (email);
- conducting business correspondence and internal document flow;
- resolution of conflict situations.

- possesses competent oral and written speech;

- has experience in the hotel business or other service industry;
