Can I check-in earlier than 14:00 p.m. if I arrive to Moscow in the morning or at night?
Yes, you can. But only if we have free rooms and there are special tariffs for the early check-in:
from 9:00 till 14:00 is a preferential time you can move in without extra payment but only when there are available rooms;
from 00:00 till 9:00 – extra payment is 50% of the room price when there are available rooms.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel in case I fail to check-in before 14:00?
